Hi Gang!

A text file, that is comma delimmited, is being sent to us for processing.

This is how the file usually looks......... no quotations in it.......

Value1,Value2,Value3
1000016,EPHA,107.38
1000119,EPHA,282.61
1000229,EPHA,40
1000260,EPHA,153.5
1000348,EPHA,350

But now the user is sending the file with Quotes in it...... like this....

"Value1","Value2","Value3"
1000016,"EPHA",107.38
1000119,"EPHA",282.61
1000229,"EPHA",40
1000260,"EPHA",153.5
1000348,"EPHA",350

Any idea how this is happening? We don't know what tools he is using to create the file, or how he is saving it.
