My Laptop is having a computer name Laptop. From my PC, I usually Terminal Server to it by simply selected Laptop in the list of remote desktop connection dropdown list of connections I have done so far.

This is my internal network. It has nothing to do with the Internet. Now, from my PC, when I ping Laptop, it pings to Laptop.levelextreme.com, where the IP is my main server. I really cannot see any relation with that. After a while, it pings locally. But, then, it started to ping to Laptop.levelextreme.com and this is what it is now.

Anyone has seen such a reaction before?
