Thanks for helpping me.
I am administrator and am logged as administrator.
The exemple in VB reads like this:
Set SSHComp1 = New SSHLib.MySSH
I tried in VFP9 like this:

m.myssh = CREATEOBJECT("SSHLib.MySSH")

It returns an error:
Class definition SSHLIB.MYSSH is not found.
I also tried:

m.myssh = CREATEOBJECT("MySSH")

I ran the test example in VB and it worked just fine.
What am I doing wrong?
