Over the weekend, we changed from a Windows 2003 R2 server and are now on a Windows 2008 R2 server.

We are now getting sporadic problems with reports of corrupted tables or indexes, like this:

ERRORNO: 2091
MESSAGE: TABLE 'Z:\APPLICATIONS\DATA\KOIN\KTRACK TAG HISTORY.DBF' HAS BECOME CORRUPTED. THE TABLE WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED BEFORE USING AGAIN.

However, the problem disappears.

This seems to be happening to random users, random files, nothing I can make heads or tails of.

Anybody encountered this before?
