I had someone on another site ask me this:

> And is it your position that the need for preaching is of such immense
> importance that you need to insert a prayer or quote from the bible on
> every post you write, regardless of root topic and who you offend?

...and here was my response:

What is facing non-believers is like walking into a blast furnace -- except that your body will never be consumed, and the pain will never end, and the agony will continue to endure ... forever.

I would be beyond reticence, beyond culpable, beyond any modicum of hope, if I did not warn people of this reality, and the free gift which is offered to all of mankind to prevent such an end from occurring. No one need go there. Ever. The price Jesus paid at the cross is sufficient to cover all men's sin for all time.

Don't you see? It's why the enemy is twisting the world up so tight, Name ... to get us all in a state of fearing for our physical lives, our outward possessions, our mentally-reasoned senses of self. He has us fighting each other for one reason: to take our focus off the REAL concern, and to prevent us from coming to salvation and thereby defeating him and his evil intents.

Satan is beyond hope. He has already been judged. But not one of us are yet beyond hope ... not until we die having not received Jesus' free gift. Only then are we without hope. Until such time as our passing, we can still be saved. After we pass, it is too late.

Please understand this, Name: JESUS SAVES!

It's not some bumper sticker slogan. It is the reality of what's happening in this world. Just seek to find out the truth for yourself, Tore ... and you too will find it. Everyone who seeks the truth will. That's a promise from God:

Matthew 7:7-8 - KJV
"7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and
ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened
unto you:
8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he
that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh
it shall be opened."

Don't take my word for it. Just ask God yourself to be shown the truth. He will show you ... if you're really asking to know the truth.
