For some reason (missing the time), my web site has been out of service for a while.

In order to get back into service, I am looking for a no-hassle STATIC web site generator for a minimal business Web presence (no selling site):

Priorities (in descending order):
1- simple (I just do not want to learn this time),
2- generating a nice-looking (essential) recent kind of html, possibly with heavy use of stylesheeting,
3- ideally a UI-based tool (I do mind web-based or python-command-based tools should they be properly documented though),

I want neither scripting functionality nor content management stuff. But managing content in some kind of plain standard text format and some re-formatting at build time would be top.

I do mind paying a couple of bucks, should that required and save a couple of hours. Looks like there are zillions of them literally. Does not make easier of course...
