I tried that and it worked a couple of times then the server stopped responding my computer. I wasn't hitting it to fast. It just stopped. I need a more reliable time server to check. All I want to do is check to see if a date has occurred and turn of my program when that date is reached. If I and checking the date on my computer there is nothing stopping me from resetting the date and continuing to use the program, so I am thinking of checking with a timer server for the date. .
