Residents' pictures are embedded in the general field.
Since there are too much troubles with general-type-field, we decided to use a character field to store the name of file with picture.
We can extract pictures into files manually by using command MODIFY GENERAL.
However, because there are hundreds of users with many residents in every file, it cannot be done.
Do you know codes that can do it in a running program?
