1. Don't use RDO.

2. VFP can use connected or disconnected datasets

3. The best explanation I know is one that Kevin McNeish gave years ago. "If it's easy to do in .Net, it's hard to do in VFP. If it's easy to do in VFP, it's hard to do in .Net". Really the two are so disparate that it's difficult to compare them. You're asking us to compare a banana to steam shovel.
