There is a way to make a reference to a product. It is always good to know about possibilities out there on resolving or enhancing specific issues we have to deal with on a regular basis. It just must not look or give the impression that this is a spam. Such individual posting such content should also be aware that we have a News section for that purpose. So, a simple reference would have sufficed in the message, with technical references if applicable, but all the rest about the promotion and pricing, would fit better in the News section.
