Not all, I tagged everyone in the thread on that one and it just happened that your message was the one in front of me when I replied. FoxInCloud is usually posting their announcements in the News section. But, as everyone, they are welcome to participate in the support area. We're just trying to encourage owner of products to respect that fine line between offering support which may or not include reference to their product and a post in the News section.
