Anything you pick has the possibility of disappearing, even Open Source projects.

>To be honest I have not. I haven't because of my past experiences which were not the best. That said, I have been working with nothing but javascript with great success. The problem was the framework I used is now in the hands of LG (think tv's) and I'm concerned the framework will die. Which is why I asked my question. It seems that the web is changing so fast that whatever I pick it might be gone in a year. BTW I have the seem feelings about MS.
