Yes. A bad design to be sure. Should be a per-control option to render it blurry and not just in a disabled color.

You'll have to forgive Craig for not answering your question. He's a Microsoft "politician" on here and gives the standard "pro-party" answer to all inquiries.
Marc's advice is good. Create a class and add that property "enabled2" (or whatever you want to call it) and when .F. return the same in When().
A custom mth_enable2() and mth_disable2(), or accessor functions, can set the colors when disable2'd or not.
