I am working on the Village Freedom Project. It's a philosophical vision of how things should be done (and not just a software tool).

Things are supposed to be different than they are. Much different. Through sin, man is twisting the free offerings God has given. Rather than all things being used to help people, with a foundation in all things of trusting in God, we move in contrary ways, guided by an enemy's voice intent on destroying everything possible.

We're not supposed to have commercial interests. Nor goals of empire building. No hoarding of ideas or knowledge -- because we were all put here together as a woven cloth, each separate members, yet of one body of man. That which we are given is for all. We are brothers, and sisters, a family, all of us. This is made possible only through Jesus Christ because He reached out with both hands to the entire world, turning none away, but drawing all who will hear to Him, to love, and share, and grow, and comfort, and teach, and guide, and prosper, and save.

All that we have received is to be shared freely. And all that God gives to us, both individually, and as the natural aspects of this world (sun, rain, trees, land to grow crops, raise animals, all of it), is to be shared freely for the purposes of helping each other -- and this because all of it was given to us freely.

We are to consider others first, working for them, thereby serving God, and serving ourselves, by serving them.

It is a new model of life and living: of people coming together to help people for the sake and hope of helping people. It is really not a new model, but is the original model that's been lost over time, supplanted by an enemy who wants to put us all into chains of slavery to him so we will not follow after God.

People are what's important. And these models we have employed today deny people the freedoms and liberties God gave them by a superimposed system of bondage designed to serve the enemy's needs, and not God's purposed plan of men's needs. And we willingly empower the enemy by following him instead of God.

There's a way we're supposed to be, a way we were created to be: ever helping one another, trusting in God to move mountains, to create miracles, to restore all things, to truly set us free.

Visual FreePro is my software offering to that community. I have been given, and I desire to give back the fulness of the gifts I have received in this area.
