That's correct; it doesn't disappear completely, and a tech-savvy user can still access it. If you don't want some sections to be available to the user at all, I guess you'll just have to delete them, or to copy and paste the sections you want to include. Some ideas that come to mind are:
Use Word macros to delete parts you don't want - just before delivering the document.
Or alternately, join segments that are in different documents - once again, just before delivering the document.
Similar to the above, but with Automation, from Visual FoxPro or some other language.
