>>Hi everybody,
>>
>>I am using Google Chrome (except for UT). When the page is in the language other than English, it used to automatically translate for me.
>>Now it still displays "The page was translated from Spanish to English. Show Original" at the top bar, but nothing happens, I still see the page in its original language.
>>
>>I reported this problem on Google Chrome site, but I am wondering what could have caused it and is there a way to correct this problem locally?
>>
>>Thanks in advance.

>It could be that Google "language server" is down. I use Google toolbar for on-line translations (from Spanish) and a couple of weeks ago it stopped working. The problem was correctly in about a day and I read somewhere that Google server had some issues.
I think it may be something local. I ran yesterday and today Malware Bytes (latest version, it says it's trial for 13 days remaining). I haven't ran it for a while before. It detected yesterday 2 Trojans with quick scan and 1 today with full scan (the latest being in the Resource.dll from Program Data - very strange). I deleted all these items, but haven't yet re-tried if the translation works or not. The problem is that it showed "Page was translated ..." bar, but no change in the page. Yet if I did this from the translate site directly, it worked.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
