The registry error is probably because the original project was under source control. You can edit the PJX to remove this,

USE ParallelFox.PJX
REPLACE sccdata WITH "" FOR .T.
USE

If you're still using the PRG to attempt to register it, you have to start VFP as an administrator before running the PRG.
