My only complaint is the loads of junkmail I get in my hotmail and outlook inboxes. It's insane there is so much. I mark them all as junk but I still end up with a bunch of them daily - to the point where I simply don't use those email accounts as a result.
>It's all marketing. Hotmail doesn't have a good reputation, but Outlook does. In the end, it doesn't really matter. If you have a Hotmail address, you can continue to use it.

>>Curious question,. What is MS trying to accomplish by replacing hotmail.com with outlook.com? In fact, *are* they trying to replace hotmail.com with outlook.com or or are they trying to do something else? Is it just a different web mail browser or is it related to the domain itself?
