Not right offhand, but you might be able to find it here. I did some research and found out who the soldier is, plus some links. His name is Taylor Morris. In one of the links I found it says he is only the 5th U.S. soldier in Afghanistan to be a quadruple amputee and survive. He lives in Iowa.
