I use and I can't see any difference. Why you're wondered generating EXE speed? We have fast computers, It's just about seconds already.
But it has project files for .EXEs, it's better than old. I just curious if last molebox version compatible with Nod32. Did you tested it with Nod32? My old one is not compatible with Nod32 and some other antivirus softwares...
