Nope. Not the OCX. COMCTL32.DLL is a system DLL - everybody will have
that, but if you're using any of the latest features you have to have
the right version.
If you want to make sure people have the right stuff, always build
full VFP runtime installation. It'll install the correct MFC and VC
runtime files that match the OCX version - they must be synced.
