I still do not like the idea of someone buying even one gun without background check, but if I understood James correctly and the seller is liable then I guess is not too bad (does not mean I like it, I am pretty much against the US culture of guns, but I do not live (and will never live, I even try not to visit the US, even though I have a timeshare in Orlando that I used once in 16 years and I am still up-to-date with the maintenance fees) there anyways so..)
