You know, my co-workers were fired some months ago and re-hired in our parent company, so they will be moving at the end of the month, and the other day one of them show me the best practices manual they gave him to write code in C#... I almost shed a tear, it was like written by me, all, ALL the conventions they established are exactly how I would write it anyways...
