Suggestions:

Back up the form.

Open the form as a database and view all the Memo fields in record #4 to identify the offending code.

Open up the dataenvironment for the form, right clich on each database to insure under its properties, that the path is correct. Is the database of the form part of the DBC? If not and you moved the form, the database has been orphaned.
