Production system should only have the code needed to run the app. SET STEP ON is a debugging command and does not belong in production, even if it is ignored.
>Why do you need to remove SET STEP ON? AFAIK, later versions of VFP didn't care in the runtime. Also, SET STEP ON has the advantage that it does not slow down the debugging process when trying to update the trace window when a break point is set.
