I still do not like the idea of someone buying even one gun without background check, but if I understood James correctly and the seller is liable then I guess is not too bad (does not mean I like it, I am pretty much against the US culture of guns, but I do not live (and will never live, I even try not to visit the US, even though I have a timeshare in Orlando that I used once in 16 years and I am still up-to-date with the maintenance fees) there anyways so..)

>>>Did I understand you correctly that you try to not visit the US due to our gun laws? Or did I not understand and you meant that you just prefer not to visit the US? I was confused by your message...

>>I am good at confusing people... No, I just prefer not to visit the US, even when I am visiting Argentina and I need to make a stop in the US is always a hurdle (Although the last time I visited I was surprised by 1 customs agent been not only polite but making good and fun conversation! they probably fired him now :)). But in the end what I meant is that if you guys are happy, who am I to try to change your minds. Also I understand that I should not generalize, I probably should visit other places in the States, or maybe I had just bad luck and I met lots of rude people by chance, or even worse, maybe it was my fault all the time!

I've visited SF multiple times, and is actually one of my favourate places in the US. In the area where I ussually stay, I feel comfortable and safe to walk arround at night. though more downtown things are a bit more grim with lots of people homeless on the street.
