Well, I do speak a bit of Gaelic (Irish and Scottish) and the name MacLean means “The son of Lean”. So they are keeping it in the family? :)
If you look at what constitutes typical Scottish fare, you would agree that Pizza is a step up! Sheep brains and intestines are not my cup of tea. :)
