I rewatched this last night and was floored all over again. It was the best movie of 2012 by a wide margin. Nothing against "Argo", it was a nice movie, but not even close. ZDT locks you in early on and keeps you locked in. There are any number of powerful scenes.
The big caveat is it is intense. There are a couple of torture scenes that are hard to take. (Kathryn Bigelow, the director, said she can't swear it is accurate but it was as accurate as they could make it). The one funny moment I can think of is when the main character is being interrogated by a military panel led by James Galdolfini. She says something impertinent and and he says, "Who are you?" "I'm the one who found him," she says. And she doesn't say "the one."
