LOL. But if people queued to buy Windows 3 or 95, why would they suddenly be afraid of change with W8? Seems to me it's because each Windows release used to bring huge value but now a cynic might conclude that W8's main goal is to try to leverage desktop dominance to force familiarity with the GUI of a failing MS mobile OS and to contrive advantage for MS Store.

If others shrug about W8 or complain, it's not because they're afraid of change- any more than a person who keeps their low mileage car for another year is afraid of change.
