This is clean. This is a perfect score. 100% efficacity thus not even one single packet was lost. In reverse route, I also see that we do not hit the situation of the no response. My recommendations would be to go back to square 1.

Rebooting PC and case something is stuck in memory
Rebooting the router in case something is stuck in memory
Trying from another PC
Trying from another PC outside of your network
Trying from your laptop
Trying from your laptop outside of your network
Trying from your laptop from a different provider

Some of that might require to move and do some kilometers or use a terminal server connection. But, that is somewhat confusing as you are not sitting directly on the PC.
