I'm not going to get into the whole, "why metro is better" exchange again, but it is not going to go away in Windows Blue. If it's that big of an issue, put Win8 on a VM and only use it for your Windows Phone development.
>From what I've read the Blue update will change key aspects of the software and I'd like to know exactly what they are before I take the plunge as it's going to be a one way trip. I use 2012 on a customers server and don't like the metro interface (sorry I don't know the new name) on the desktop, much prefer the standard windows interface.
>I think the interface is great on my phone, prefer it to my old Android, although some big bugs with contacts that have annoyed me.
