Okay, there's not much to it, here's the general idea:

1) you have your top-level form
2) create your menu, make sure to check 'In top-level' in the View/General Options when the menu designer is open.
3) in the top-level form activate you launch your menu: DO mymenu.mpr WITH This
4) put SCREEN = OFF in config.fpw in app directory
