I did look at the Stuff() in help but didn't see how it would apply to what I was trying to do. But, if you read my exchange with Sergey, my approach was wrong to begin with (using STREXTRACT()). I should have just used XMLTOCURSOR() and CURSORTOXML(). Which I will try.
