STREXTRACT() and RIGHT() - I have a few libs I use that minimize this, but I really need to just add them as extension methods.

And _clipboard, although without built-in REPL (aka VFP command line) it doesn't come up quite as often.Hopefully whenever they ship Roslyn (although that seems to keep getting pushed back so I'm not getting my hopes up).
