Hi Valentin,

From the Windows Explorer you can click the file name(s), then right click to get the popup menu and select propreties. You can then use that dialog to change the attributes. And, yes, you can select multiple files in the same directory.

If you mean programmatically, I think there's a file in the download section (Win32 and other APIs) by Hank Fay, that will allow you to do this.
