Good for being sober. If you think AA helps, continue. OTOH it has not made you totally clean [yet]. Perhaps give MikeC's "hacking yourself" a more serious look. In addition to your previous measures. And give your neandertal parts enough to be happy or at least content - exercise, balanced food, getting laid, seeing new vistas (not the MS kind...).
