I do not know if this is still true, but in Ireland, doctors would tell pregnant women to have a Guinness every day, not to get drunk but for nutrition reasons. Did you know that in Dublin, where Guinness is made, they have 16 different brews? I believe only four are exported. I must say that Guinness in Dublin is outstanding.

There is a tour in Dublin – The Pub, Poet and the Pint. You get to visit the Pubs that many famous Irish Poets “visited”.
