I think they brew in the U.S. But it's not the same. Wiki says:

US manufacture of Beck's Brew has been based in St. Louis, Missouri since early 2012. However, some customers have rebelled against the cheaper quality introduced to the US market version by AB.

Comparing U.S. Beck's to the real thing is like comparing Budweiser to Budvar.......
