Hello Mark,
I am not a framework user. However, I do not think you will require one in WinDev- the whole thing is built to help you build applications. There are so many tools like the Analysis (database designer, dictionary and rules on steroids), UML (unified modelling language), RAD (rapid application development) and more.
There are many additional tools like SCM (source code manager), Groupware (working in groups of developers), Project Time Manager (to record time spent working on the project for client reporting), Quality Control Center (for testing the quality of your application), Auditing (for cleaning up and reporting on variable usage, procedure usage), Automatic Application Testing, Profiler, Debugger, ....
In other words, it is much, much more than just a language of thousands of functions that you can program in - it is a complete package of tools to help build applications in the real world. Whatever you're doing in VFP you will do 3 to 5 times faster in WinDev. If you are a lousy VFP programmer (like me) then about 10 times faster :)
