IMO, bad choice, just like forcing someone's PC to a specific resolution. What is someone purposely changed the zoom setting?

I see that some users are adjusting it over 100% and not being aware of it, changes it by mistake, and this results in fuzzy images and pretty large fonts. In a contained application, I need that setting to remain as is. I was wondering if there would be something we can take over that setting such as the compatibility we can now control.
