Then make the image a fixed size or maximum size. Make it clickable to enlarge into a new tab/window. If it gets fuzzy, there really isn't anything you can do about this. It's the nature of images.

"Hey, your site doesn't look good at all. All the images are fuzzy.". Well, he was running at 150% to 175% if I recall correctly. And, then, "Oh, you're right. Sorry, my mistake.". :)
