Should I use private messages to tell you about testing of the new UI? Or is it ok to post in the public forums?

In ie9 64 bit. When I refresh the page and there are no messages, the toolbar buttons of the UT, Profile, New, Members etc, all vanish. When there is a message waiting, and I refresh, the buttons re-appear.

It does not seem to happen in chrome.
