The default look does not have the right-side overhang visible, but it does have the 10s panel overlaying about half of the message text area making the messages unable to be read without using a Dolphin browser feature: I have to double-tap the screen to get it to resize the text to reading format that's more zoomed in (about 1/3rd normal width only).

What you see in those images is after I've double-tapped, and then zoomed out slightly. But were I to leave it fully zoomed in it's the same, just appearing larger on the screen. I typically do input at about that level of zoom, maybe slightly more zoomed in.
