As for the rest, yes, if something is not working, I can understand you are trying to do something to workaround it. There is no need to focus on that as we need to find the original source of the situation. So, can you tell me if you are seeing the right panel after a login immediately? The interface after the login includes the top toolbar, the left Dashboard, the treeview area, the message area and the right panel.
