A minor nitpick:
When viewing (or replying to) a message, there are two tabs at the top of the message area, either:
- "View Message" and "Options", or
- "Reply" and "Options"
The active tab has black text on a white background, the inactive tab is grey text on a grey background. The grey text makes it look like the tab is disabled. I recommend switching to black text on a grey background for the inactive tab.
