Well, no. Boot with a Linux OS on a thumb drive and they have access.

Obviously this is not the utmost in security but I don't want to have to remember all that stuff. I don't worry about it because the computer itself (desktop) is secure unless someone breaks into my house and steals it. And even then they would have to get past the Windows login password.
