So it really isn't a case of moving the command. It's a case of unfamiliarity. If you used Excel often enough, you'd know where the command is located.

In the end, the ribbon serves a very good purpose. 80% of enhancement requests were for things already in the product. People didn't know where they were because they couldn't find them. ALOT of user research went into the ribbon in an effort to increase discoverability. Most of the complaints I've heard about the ribbon are because things changed. It's the same thing people are complaining about Win8. It isn't that it's harder to use. It's that we're creatures of habit and don't like change.
