I have seen an issue with Chrome on the cache files. Is this the browser you are using? If yes, I can give a way to get read of the cache file reading and get the file from the server. I do not know if this is with all issues of Chrome but with Chrome, I had a browser and that is the only browser that has given me problem with that situation.

About the right frame, is there anything I should take note of? I am not sure I understand the second phrase.
