>In our VFP 9 application, we use the image baseclass on a form to display images. The image display tends to 'grey out' leaving a X after viewing a certain number of JPGs (normally ca.300K to a very max of 2Mbytes). Physical memory can be seen to fill up and when it hits about 90%, this occurs.

Before typing things perhaps unneccessary, pls test when "memory is nearly filled up":
minimize the program window,
switch to another task,
switch back,
restore window.

Memory still the same ?

> Is there a way to stop the physical memory storing whatever it is storing, or is it not possible to issue some kind of flush command without leaving the app. Users presently have to log out and back in to continue- this solving the issue until the next greying out. I already use FLUSH. Many thanks.
