Wait a sec...where are all the lawsuits? I mean those other children must devastated after such a emotionally traumatic experience. Surely the parents of the other children will need a bunch of money to make up such an experience and to help pay for the decades of counseling they'll surely need...an golly the school district should held accountable for allowing such of an atrocity to occur. And perhaps they can sue the pot tart manufacture too - they didn't print a warning label on the box! aaaahhh!
